Background of use
TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY has decided to use image data captured by security cameras to provide better services to residents and visitors as a testing ground for enriching lives for the next 100 years.
Operational Policy
Image data will be managed under a strict management system, and its use will be as specified in advance in the "Contents of Use" section, and will not be used for any other purposes. After attribute information such as the number of people (degree of congestion), gender, age group, etc. is extracted as statistical data that cannot identify specific individuals, the acquired image data will be promptly disposed of in an appropriate manner. Image data will be viewed only by those involved, and measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access.
