    • ・Pets must be held in your arms when using the outdoor escalators. Pets cannot be ridden on a leash.
    • ・This map is color-coded. Blue = outdoors, yellow = indoors
    • ・Pets may be leashed through the designated passageways on the 4th floor. Please refer to the arrows on the map for details.
    • - Stay close to your pet and do not leave it unattended or on a leash.
    • ・Please be aware that owners are responsible for disposing of their pet's excrement.
    • ・Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are allowed in all areas. Therapy dogs follow the general rules for bringing pets.
    • ・Please keep your pet on a leash or in a bag/cart that covers its face. For safety reasons, please keep the leash short.
    • ・Please be considerate to avoid causing harm or inconvenience to other guests (avoiding bites and other accidents). Vicious dogs and other dangerous animals are not permitted.
    • ・Pets are not allowed in the fountain area.
    • ・We cannot take any responsibility for any disputes between guests regarding pets.
