    Atelier Office

    These are small-scale studio and office spaces ranging from approximately 23㎡ to 47㎡, and up to 160㎡. They offer flexible use, such as being used as offices by platform providers, universities, creative startups, and artist collectives that employ young artists and creators, or as production and creative studios.

    Studio Office

    These studio and office spaces, ranging from approximately 9 to 47 square meters, are designed with sound insulation and sound absorption in mind. They are suitable for a variety of activities involving sound, including recording and editing bases for streaming creators, as well as instrument practice, dance practice, and small-scale lessons. We provide an environment where you can immerse yourself in creative work 24 hours a day, without having to rely on external studios.
