The twin towers will be constructed in TAKANAWA GATEWAY Station and will be a symbol of the international exchange hub. Taking advantage of its location adjacent to the station, the complex will house high-grade offices that are expected to house the headquarters of major international companies, as well as large-scale convention facilities that will attract international conferences. As a hub for the global community, we aim to provide a truly international education.
The operator will be Tokyo International School (TIS), an educational institution accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), an international school accreditation body, and approved by the International Baccalaureate international education program, and an international education system is planned to be introduced.TIS offers a consistent International Baccalaureate educational program (*2) from kindergarten through 11th grade (from kindergarten senior year to second year of high school) (*1). The majority of the parents of the students are expatriates from embassies and foreign companies in Japan, making it an international school with approximately 470 students from 73 countries (as of September 2025).
