53 Playable Park
Inspired by the Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido, the concept of the 53 Playable Park is one of the largest public realms in Tokyo, covering an area of 4 hectares, and will feature a variety of plazas and streets. A playground (park) will be created, stretching approximately 1 km from north to south, consisting of stations, plazas, and facilities.

Part of 53 Playable Park will be available as an event space. More details will be announced after the end of March 2025.

01. Gateway Park
The square is expected to attract around 100,000 visitors a day, with a usable area of around 5,500 m2. It will be the hub of activity and interaction for the town.
02. Takanawa Link Line
The rails have been embedded in the line where the railway ran when the station first opened, and furniture made from the stonework of the Takanawa embankment has been placed in the street space, which is lush with plants and stretches approximately 300m from north to south.
03. Eki Park
The 150m2 space is fitted out with movable lawn furniture allowing for great freedom in layout and a comfortable, park-like feel, making it fitting for a next-generation station that will serve as the city's gateway.
04. Sengakuji Temple Square
This is the gateway to Sengakuji, where people transferring between Sengakuji Station and TAKANAWA GATEWAY Station, as well as local residents, can easily stop by. It is the intersection of travel space and stay space.
05. Takanawa Tsuji Square
Located on the southwest side of the Takanawa Link Line, this is the gateway to Takanawa. It is a space decorated with seasonal plants, and is a place for the local community and parents and children to gather.
